Automatic Liquid Filling Line

ROTOFILL-FS series works on the volumetric positive displacement principle. The Machine is a combination of Rotary type Volumetric Filling and ROPP/Screw/CRC Cap sealing arrangement that can be used for filling glass, PET, plastic bottles, etc. It has been designed for easy changeover and cleaning. ROTOFILL-FS series are manufactured in 4x4, 6x6, 8x8, 12x8, 16x12, 20x12 and 24x12 (Filling x Sealing) head configurations. ROTOFlLL-FS series confirm to cGMP requirements. The capping takes place immediately after filling. Thus there is no exposure of the liquid ensuring contamination-free filling.
